WarlocK A.D. - ABBA Metal Tribute - Music Video

For this project, I produced and filmed a charity music video for WarlocK A.D.

My responsibilities for this project were:

- To oversee the production from start to finish

- To support a team member through pre-production paperwork alongside mine, and implement mini-deadlines to ensure work was done on time

- To explore potential locations and ensure they were suitable

- To encourage open communication within the team

- To set up equipment and make sure the environment was safe for cast and crew

- To film every take

- To organise the shots and write short descriptions for easy identification

- To upload the shots to a shared space for the crew to access

Through this, I learned:

- How to delegate pre-production between two people

- How to explain the pre-production paperwork to someone outside the industry

- How to problem-solve through misunderstandings

- How to create a realistic time-frame for both pre-production and filming

- How to create call sheets for multiple people with different work schedules

- How to carry on with filming when cast members were late

- How to get permission to film in unfamiliar locations

- How to organise shots with descriptions for the editor

- How to carry on when essential pieces of pre-production had not been completed in time for filming

- How to set up and work with a green screen
